Italian Crust in Irving

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! OUR COMPANY ORDERED PIZZA FROM HERE AND THERE WAS 2 STANDS OF HAIR....THEN WE CALLED AND JOE WOULD NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BUT OFFERED TO REMAKE THE PIZZA!!!! SERIOUSLY?????!!DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE.....

I Love this place! the Chicken Cesar Salad is amazing. !

Terrible food only a 2 star because of the extras they give you that I always forget I've had better pizza at chuckie cheese and the mozzarella sticks where burnt garbage

Food is good, but customer service is not. I've only ordered for delivery, after having issues with their delivery for the third time in a row I've decided to call it a day with them. It's been a comedy of errors: one time they didn't deliver the full order, but they were kind enough to come back and deliver what they missed. Another time they gave me the wrong pizza (entirely wrong kind), and the list goes on whether it is wrong pasta; or expecting a different payment method. If you live close enough to them, just pick up the food yourself.

The pizza was not good at all i would give them no stars if i could..The pizza was not even fresh and it was cold, the meat, cheese, sauce and crust was just not good at all... Complete garbage!!!!!! I was from out of town and I had them deliver I was very disappointed I had way better pizzza I would rather buy a frozen pizza from the store..

I will not ask for at least Hawaiian pizza and barbecue chicken anymore

Not impressed AT ALL! Ordering food from here left a bad taste in my mouth. I am on a layover in Dallas before catching another flight home and decided to try it out. When ordering delivery, the man on the phone was SO rude and in the middle of my order kept putting down the phone or cutting me off and being extremely short with me. I was so close to cancelling my order altogether. My food will apparently take an hour to get to me and I HOPE it's worth it...

the food is really good. i ordered pizza, chicken alfredo, and dessert from here all came fast and the orders were right . . . except for today the got my order wrong then asked if i could bring the pizza back to the restaurant. . if i had a car why would i get delivery. . . then they brought me two new pizza's and they were perfect so i would recomend this place to anybody. jus make sure your order is right before u let em leave

This is the best place for pizza. I lived in Irving and always ordered from here. Then moved to Arlington and when ever I was close I would stop and get some from here! My dad is really picky about food but he loves this pizza here!

The place is under a new management and food taste more better

The delivery was early. The food was hot. The pizza my husband liked. The calzone I ordered was delicious. The crust was thinner than expected...but still good.I would order from here again for sure.**2nd Order**Food was good again. Ordered wings this time and they were a little soggy but still tasty. The delivery I put in was a future order and it got to my house almost 40min early. Not great since my husband isn't home from work yet. Hopefully their pizza is good cold....

Across multiple occasions I've tried to call in and order takeout, then been hung up on repeatedly. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of knowing.

This place is AWESOME........ WE ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta,Baked wings, and oh my gosh the pizza was to die for my family enjoyed every bit of it, the delivery driver was right on time and the food was FRESH,HOT and DELICIOUS, I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to everyone and .......WE WILL RETURN

I love their baked chicken wings. I never had any problems with them. It wasn’t a restaurant though, just a delivery place. They have since relocated in coppell and you can order from them on Ubereats. I still eat from there from time to time. Check out their tiramisu it’s delicious!

They are true to their name: the crust/bread is amazing. The prices are decent and the delivery service is pretty quick. I absolutely love the cheese bread, the baked wings, and the pepperoni tenders.

A good place to order from and all of the delivery people are very nice and not scared of my wonderful dog. I have ordered from them for a very long time. Thumbd Up!!?!!

The person taking my order was rude and bad at their job. The food took forever to be delivered and the pizza, not only cost more than a chain pizza joint, it also tasted worse. They should stop wasting money by putting flyers on peoples door every few weeks and invest it in making a better pizza.

their lunch is 2nd to none. Italian sausage sandwich amazing, cheese bread, salads, pizza... never ordered anything that wasn't above average. It's Italian cooked by little Asian guys ...& it's goooood.

GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE AND MORE! I was staying at the beat western ordered from them. Little be hold I got very sick! Went to the doctor was said it was food poisoning. I called the establishment. ( food is not cheap there) informing them I got sick and was hoping to get half or full refund. When I called I spoke to the manager. He called me a white trash b****...and hung up....I called them back and informed them I will be contacting the city health inspector...and they said f*** you and hung up....I then called the city for a complaint and health inspection. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK AND BE CALLED NAMES!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

Crispy crust, fresh mozzarella, lots of toppings. I always order from Italian Crust when I'm having friends over. I can't recommend this place enough.

Nothing Italian..... Just burnt crust topped with dry sad vegetables. Not worth the money

Forgot my celery, forgot my side of sauce. Driver was friendly. The reviews on here are all wrong. They say good new york style pizza, and its mediocre at best. Not bad, but definitely not deserving of 4 stars.

Great family owned joint, no place to sit but great food for delivery or takeout.

Very impatient customer service over the phone but food is good! No hairs in anything & delivery guy was nice..but they need 2 fire dude that's taking orders for real! !!

Great local Italian eatery that delivers!

We love hanging out. Last night we visited this superb place which friends recommended to us. We spent a beautiful evening there with very good dishes and an experienced stuff and a talented cuisine. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall no doubt come back soon. We highly recommend.

This is my FAV place to order to the point that they see my # and automatically know its me.. Shamful, I know, but its sooooo worth it.. I have a new found love of their Sandwitches.. The BEST: Chicken Alfredo Sub.. Wonderful.. and they have some of the BEST Italian Rum cake I have ever tasted. Hands down my favorite Italian Reasaurant they get extra points because they deliver. :-)

Of all the other pizza places found this place and haven't looked or ordered from anyone else. The Canadian bacon w/pineapple is great.

Food is delicious customer service was great. They messed up our delivered order and were prompt in fixing it. They were extremly nice. Me and my family had no problems with this place. This is our second time ordering from here. And you better believe it wont be our last.

Driving around last Tuesday contemplating the same old same old and impulsively stopped in for a test run. Ordered the Greek Chicken sandwich. Top 5 sandwich's I've ever had in my life. I will be back. A few stools for sitting - this is a take out joint. Give it a try. : )

At first, the salads were so amazing!! Then, things got a little hairy, LITERALLY!! Every time I ordered a salad, I found a piece of hair in it, and I mean every time! I used to order from there a lot, too. I think I will give them another chance one day. Definitely no time soon, though. I'm pretty grossed out!!
